After looking at it further, there is no way to center bearing hole directly over slot. If you look at the slot in block, it's offset toward the back and not centered.

New bearing was installed the way it was before...I primed the engine with oil...it definitely gets a ton through pushrods and cam gear. I don't think I'll have any oiling issues.
