Beach VB. I didn't know that was still popular. Haven't played that for many years, I think 92 was the last year I was in Jose Cuervo's in Grand Haven.
What is the triathalon you are in?

I love v-ball - I'd play it every day if I could find others crazy enough to join me...The tri - is in a town a little south of hayward, wi. Nothin big it's called the Fat Tire Tri. I got suckered into it by one of my friends and now I get to bust my butt trainin for it...yippee!!!

I used to play VB every day. I used to do roofing, when it was to hot to work on a roof we would take off for the day, play, then head back in the evening.
But that was back in the day when I was young and a lot less hairy. Now I think I would get mistaken for the missing link and get shot when they saw my furry body on the beach.

I doubt that - Yeah I play about 4 times a week, good way to stay in shape...As for Fat Tire beer - never heard of it and I don't think so but :-|

Have you ever played indoor VB. With the hardwood floors. I used to love playing that also, only in the winter. Love the slides you can get for a save.

Yeah, I played in high school but not since then...I should but it's harder to find people to play indoor compared to outdoor - people are lazy now days...

Where I used to live they had a big group that would play. We used to run mini-turnies. Teams switches and everything.

I know a ton of men that play but not alot of my female friends play indoor or have the time for it, so it's hard to put together teams..I love to play 2's or 4's - 6's is way too many people...Not really any fun...

I so agree with you. Unless the 6 people really know how to play ball togeather then it is to many people on the court. We used to play 3 on 3 when we had our court(lighted) set up at our house. Play with a full court, adds a bit of a challange.

I'm in Charleston at a branch office working on some really neat new communications initiatives for the Government. I was told I'd be here for about a week, but the guy I'm working with is thinking 6 months!!! I need more clothes - but Jen, I'm in a REALLY nice hotel :lo1l: Wanna come see Hilton Head :idea:

Ok, so I'm sit'n here at the hotel bar sucking down my $6 beer on a freak'n "free" terminal where half the screen is freak'n ads for loacl establishments. It's worse than watching the home shopping channel :(: :(: I'd bring my laptop back from the office but this place wants $10 a day for h/s internet service or 75 cents per phone call and 10c a minute over an hour!!! How in the hell am I supposed to keep up with what's going on in "the world"
Sucks - guess I'll go pig-out on free food now the 'ours -de-urves' bar is open :? But then again the 'eye candy' down here is better than my room :wink:
