Oh Man I v'e never been the same since I saw China Camp shoot at end of trail in 97 ..Those buckskin Pant's I chiiiwawa! I'll get some pics up here soon
Have you noticed the Shooting sports and Jeep type stuff seem to be where ya meet the nicest folks? I mean competitors helping each other ? Loan a guy your A- Rifle cause his broke before a match? that kind of stuff?
I'm gonna try three gun this year (al least I wont have to buy any guns for it).
And MC if you ever get the bullets thing going strong as good a machinist as you are, You be makin all kinda of "Race parts" For guns..
Mudrat Can you just see some of the stuff this guy would come up with for an Armalite? Would have to start another website and call it "Bullring"

Niiiiice,
Been doing a little bowling pin myself, It's a blast, I use a Springfield .45 or If I'm feeling sporty I use the ol' single action Ruger in the rvolver class (actually do pretty well much to the annoyance of some of the other shooters)
But what has been kind of holding my attention lately is the rimfire stuff Bought an inexpensive savage Turnbolt in .17 HMR WOW if there is no wind, that is a laser..But in 10 mph variable wind you're done..
and on the other end of the scale I'm trying out a friends .338 Lapua upper for the Armalite AR-10. It is very sensitve to seating depth, At this point I'm thinking If I get a new upper for mine it will be .300 win mag.
I bet MC could make some really snarky Compensators and other stuff I can see it now the Bulltear "Howitzer" Compensator designed to allow a 105 to be shoulder fired!
Shooting, probably the only other hobby that you can spend so much money so quickly and still not have anything without skill and PRACTICE.

did the bowling pin hunt with the remmy! poor pins didn't have a chance.
the devil had a better chance of getting ice water than the pins had against my baby. could you imagine the destruction if i used the
desert eagle :-| oh yea , mudrat , did i tell ya the eagle works nicely off
road? now if i find a np-229 t--case it would really work bitchen :lo1l:

But I'm on my way to Tellico tomorrow night (y'all are gunna have to vote for me while I'm gone) and, by the end of the month, I'll have that sucker here at the shop with the plasma cutter, arc/mig/tig welders, lathe, mill and whole bunches of DOM tubing and a Hossfeld #2 hydraulic pipe bender to fab the cage and whatever other extremities I can think of. Need to get it done by Halloween so I can go scout the deer camps in Jeep Style!!

Presently driving a 1988 Honda Civic, I gotta fix a oil buring problem before I sell it in March.

St. Cloud, MN, KY, FL, WI, NJ ...?
Bemidji comes up in MN (almost Canada  ) so I'll assume your in the frozen north
But then you sound like Lifted - driving a ... well ... not a Jeep. The difference is, your rig probably runs, Jack still needs the engine, body, suspension, steering and probably some tires under it :!:
Hi Jack!!! :hello2:
