Short tube headers

Does anyone still make a short tube header for the V8's in a Jeep anymore? Used to see all kinds of them and now it's either fenderwell exit or long tube between the frame rails.

Patriot Exhaust. Available at Summit Racing or Jegs. P/N H8600. My understanding is they bought the tooling from Edelbrock when they quit producing headers, so they are exactly the same. Bob tufcj

If they're the same as the Edelbrock shorties then I recommend them. I love mine. No hard data. Just love.

Do you know if the factory type Y-pipe will fit with these?

I believe they will, if you have a driver side manifold that dumps in the middle. The later Wagoneers (about 86-up) dump the driver side at the rear, you might still be able to use an earlier Y-pipe.
