On 3/23/16 I ordered a serpentine kit VIA phone. The money came out of my account that day. I was told the kits were 4 days out.
About a month later I called and was told it should go out that week. I talked to Matt on 4/29 and was told that the Steering pump pulleys would be finished on 5/3 and it would go out right away. Here I am on the 5/10/16 with still nothing at my door. When i called yesterday I was told that "it should have gone out" I want confirmation that it actually DID GO OUT!

No it has not gone out. Should have but has not. Too many in front of your order. Out today UPS ground.
