Shouldn't take 9 day for a small package to get to me here in Idaho... Not unless is hasn't or wasn't shipped when I was told...

I'm not trying to sound like a dick here... I know that you are a small business and maybe tight on employees and help.
Or maybe you guys there had to make it. I am fine with that and I understand that. But please don't tell me that parts have been shipped when they haven't. This is twice now that I've been told that these parts have been shipped.
My next step is to contact the owner and get to the bottom of this once and for all. Especially when I get an email stating that they have been shipped... Last week. If they had been shipped when I was told they shipped I'd have them by now.
