I figured the jumper in the black box was wrong and it was plus a little user error.LOL I finally had some time to fool with it and it works great now.
It makes a world of difference now that it works.

I am still building the new 5x10 this was on my 4x4. I keep waiting on a break to finish the new table, maybe after the first. LOL
