Had the speed turned WAY down (like 5ipm) just to make sure everything was dialed in. You can see in the video the 48"x48" router table/deck I built that sites over the water-table. It slides on and off very easy. The next step is to build a vacuum setup to keep the dust and dirt contained.
In the background of the video, you can see the thick foam where I did my first 2 practice cuts before moving to wood.
