The little black box the PWM box has the pinout for divided voltage. If you take the screws out of the back of the box you will see the pinout. It is possible that the pinout was set to 7-1 not 50-1. You will need the same pin setting for your plasma cutter and your PWM box for DTHC to work correctly. Here is a pic of the pinout for the PWM.

I just wanted to say that it doesn't matter what the ratio is as long as they match. I prefer 20:1 as it's the lowest ratio my Powermax 85 will let me use, and i believe it gives me finer control. The candcnc voltage divider uses a 7:1 ratio
