rollbar My daughter is looking to buy a CJ but might have to get her a yj and add a front clip. I gave my fenders/Grill/hood away for those in need and I was thinking a fiberglass clip might be easier to do instead of trying to find decent CJ metal. Also, winch applications in a concern. I have only saw the hoods tilt forward. Thanks, Jim
tufcj I'll see if I can find pics of my old CJ. I had a 1 piece front mounted on the stock hinges. It would have cleared a low profile winch, but I had a Warn 8274. I had the winch hinged to tilt forward so the hood (entire front clip) could be opened rearward like the stock hood. I also modified the stock hinges so I could pull the pins, unplug the headlight harness, and lift the front clip off if I needed it out of the way. Bob tufcj
