I cleaned the electrical connections where the wiper motor plugs in and it worked.
So I decided to take it back off and bead blast the VIN plate and repaint it along w/the windshield frame behind the plate.
No I re-install the motor w/1/4x20 Stainless Steel bolts and I tried the motor and it doesn't work.
Fuse good.
Wondering if the motor uses the windshield frame as a ground, or, does it have it's own.

Figured it out, never mind. Long Day!
I do have grounds running to the dash (grab handle) and I found a short piece of wire and touched the new SS bolt to the dash SS bolt and it worked.
I should have thought of that but you know how it goes.
