I changed out the oil filter for the first time since I received the motor (jeep build) and I also installed the oil filter by-pass plug.
I did notice some oil chunks/thickness etc I guess so i was wondering if there is anything I can run to help clean out the motor. Might do more damage than good, Hum.

Jim do not worry about cleaning the motor out you can do more harm than good trying to scrub the internals of a running motor. The old oil cokes up from not being changed or too much heat breaking the oil down.

Thanks MC, I'm gonna run it w/fresh oil for 1K then change it etc. I also have the old filter that was on the motor so I will cut that open this week and see if my suspicions are correct.
