I have the manifolds bolted to the engine & I went to NAPA today but forgot the size/length of the studs needed to hook up the exhaust. I was thinking of 3/8 x 2.5" but not sure. I would rather ask then keep going back to the parts store.
Thanks again,
Jim
Sorry for the silly questions but..........

Are you using headers or stock manifolds? It makes a diff.

Stock manifolds are bolted to the block.
BTW-would anti-seize work on the threads or would it met/burn off. Just thinking of the future if I needed to remove them.

Just measured the ones on my CJ. They are 3" long, with over 1" exposed past the nut, so 2 1/2" would be plenty. Anti-seize doesn't hold up well to heat, so it probably wouldn't last. I'd just put them together dry and use a torch if I ever need to take them out. Fel-Pro used to sell a nice aluminum donut gasket to replace the composite ones. That's what I have had in my Jeep for years. The composites used to break down and eventually leak.

So 3/8" x 2.5.
Thanks Bob
