You got it man... I think the hardest part will be getting the runners equal and tied into the plenum smoothly. What do you think? Nice link... have you tried it? Looks like I'll have something to play with... lol. thanks man!!!

Equal length is easy just bandsaw them to length and weld. I was thinking at one point about an extrusion tool that would do 2 runners at a time so you could just weld up the outside but their isnt much of a demand for those. I havent screwed around with it we have a 25K system for cad/cam.

Jeepsr4ever.... I'm thinking thin wall SS exhaust tube formed at the bottom... the top will be cut and welded and then milled flat. I'm thinking 3/8" plate for the plenum because I can always toss on an aluminum spacer. The flanges will be cut out of 3/8" plate as well. The valley pan should be interesting... I'll have to fit everything up first before I decide how I want to do that... Also, with these long runners I am thinking about welding in some bosses for fuel injection just incase I decide to go that route in the future 😉...
Old Rugged Crosser.... This will be for the AMC V8's (72-91)... I'm still debating whether or not to have the center bolt holes cut so that the early heads will work with it...

I wouldnt use stainless I would stick to aluminum.
