Did mine before MC came out with his. 360 into a 85 CJ that orignially had the 258. Fairly painless.

the jeeps swap very easy. with the cars I think you need to get the v8 crossmember or different mounts.

That is correct these are for cars and you dont need a V8 crossmember for them you leave your 6cyl member in. Lots of them sold ...maybe customers are too busy driving :?:
