I decided to go with a 4.6 or 4.7 stroker, 5 speed 67 rambler american sedan. Already got myself one of the newer 4.0 manifolds and even got a 79 258 with the 'good' rods and crank...but I need to get rid of some stuff to get a 4.0 long block.
So I'm SLOWLY on my way....too bad parts are so expensive.....anyone need a th400, 291c's or a 360 bare block for a decent shape 96-98? 4.0? :D
What do y'all think of that combo? I'm feeling pretty good about it. Any input would be appreciated....
