I have called and left messages and even talked to someone about my order and still have not received any information? I bought AMC valve covers, ultimate timing cover, serpentine system, and the alternator relocation bracket. I called yesterday and talked to someone but he said that the person that I needed to talk to was out. No one called back 2 days later? I had a question about the serpentine system including the alternator relocation bracket but he did not know? Come on, I just want to know what is going on...

My question was does the serpentine system come with the alternator relocation bracket? If so when I called and placed my order I bought the alt. bracket along with the serpentine system. If so I would like to get a price adjustment for the alt. bracket. In the picture it looks like it is the same alt. bracket that I bought. Thanks! Also, can you tell me when my order is going to ship out??

Yes if you need it you will get a refund on that. Part of your order has shipped and the fittings and gaskets are coming in a 2nd box.

Jason I believe all your parts went out early last week. I will check with Ben in the morning to find out where they are and if he used UPS or USPS.

Matt this has gone way too far! If my package shipped early last week it would have been here by now. If indeed it has shipped I want tracking #'s. If you cannot produce a tracking # that is a correct # to my address I am going to cancel my order and I want my $$ back and I will go elsewhere. I really don't like to do this but I call and all I get is Matt is out and he will call you back. Come on!

Well we got a box back damaged and missing valve covers. I dont know how this happened but it looks like the serpentine kit and timing cover stuff is perfect. I will see what I can do about getting it sent out with another set of valve covers at this point its a claim for us. I will require your address again since it had shipped and the paperwork is gone. REPEAT THE BOX CAME BACK BROKEN UP AND MISSING VALVE COVERS. You can call in the morning 651-257-7917

Damn right its fishy!! Legends arent easy to come by even with a new foundry making them for us. Luckily all the other parts were packaged right and werent destroyed although I did notice the idler setup was missing for the serp kit.
