no spark

hey guys, took the jeep out to put some gas in her. havent drover it since oct. but i started once a month.well i was coming back from the gas station and it backfired twice and died.im runninga complete msd ing. my 6al has spark but nothing from the coil. with the key on no power to the pos. side of the coil. any help would be great. ](*,)

Pull your schematics and find out if there is a fusable link between the batt (or source) and the coil.

Run a new wire...lol
Brings back memorys of one of the many the toggle switchs I had on my '76 Hornet. One coil positive, one fuel pump, one headlights and sadly for awhile for a three way toggle for turn signals. #-o It was one of my sleepers with a hopped up 360 under the hood.
