Anyone seen or use these? They are hydraulic lifters with a small flat spot ground down the side of the lifter to add more oil to the cam lobes.

Sounds like a bad idea in an AMC V8 where oil priorities are wrong.

not a good plan cause the amc engine has cam priority oiling so the top end gets lubed before the crank and rods. the top end on an amc is actually overoiled from the factory. thats why we have small hole pushrods and bearings so some of that extra oil will go to the crank and rods
