Powerforce-plus Harmonic Dampner

Does anyone use one of these? I need to replace mine on my 304 running a stock rebuild lower end with edelbrock intake, holley carb, and edelbrock headers. I have read other reviews saying that the dampner needs to be honed out to fit the crank, just wondering if that still holds true. Any help would be great.

All aftermarket balancers come .003 too large...rumors are true.

I know that is a very small amount, but does it have any adverse effects? I think I would rather have it slightly to large instead of too small. Thanks for the reply.
