In trying to restrict the oil flow to the rockers and force more oil to the main bearings, can I just installing the small hole pushrods, or do I need to change the cam bearings (small hole) pushrods and small hole rocker arms? :-|

As far as I know all you should need is small hole pushrods, if you want to restrict oil to the cam bearings all you need to do is install the bearings offest a little.

I wouldnt do all three your pressure will be too great. I would do the cam bearings first if the engine is out.

The engine is still in the jeep. I was going to do a cam change and also replace the oil pump/ timing chain housing.
So you're thinking just the small hole pushrods would do it?
