rockjeep putting a 360 in and need some torque specs and sequences. rod and main bearings intake and timing cover thanks, Bobby
tufcj Rods - 28 Mains - 100 Intake - 23 All in ft/lbs. Nothing given for the timing cover, but it just has to seal. Use a good sealer (I like Permatex ultra gray) and make it snug. On the intake, start at the center bolts and work to the outsides. Bob tufcj

rockjeep Is there a certain method to torque the rocker arm bolts? I'm not real familiar with how they should be . It just seems that we put the torque to them and they still feel loose. Thanks, Bobby
tufcj What style heads do you have? Individual or bridged rockers? Really either was they are non-adjustable, just tighten the nut or bolt and run it. Some aftermarket cams have a smaller base circle for the lobes, so you may need a longer pushrod, or convert the heads to adjustable rockers. What brand/size cam are you running? Bob tufcj
