Baxter Who has pictures of a amc v8 in an eagle?I have a idea but I'm wondering how well the motor fits first. If your wondering look at my introduction"newbee at bulltear", and the pictures I posted. I'm thinking about putting that driveline back in an amc.An eagle would be quite the eye catcher.I now where there is one that is spotless. A little wheel base mod and an exo cage.Sweet!
tufcj I've heard they're out there, but I've never seen one. The biggest obstacle is that the front diff actually hangs from the 6 cylinder engine block. You have to fab up a hanger or convert to a solid axle to use a V-8. Bob tufcj
Baxter I plan on putting a dana60 in the front I wonder about frame mods and headers.I want to put my whole driveline in this thing. d60 d70 360 th400 203/205 doubler.I relize the floor pan will have to be heavily modded but I think I can get it to fit as long as i can get past exhaust and weather it fits the frame well.
