woodfar51 I am in the process of building a tailgate for my 76-j10. If all works well will be making them for similar year pickups. Whereas mine has no gate at all this is my only option. This seams to be the least available part for the j10. Have found other body parts, which I don't need but no gates.
MaxW I think the guy from pakistan has offered to pound out tail gates. They were maybe $300+ though. Search on pirate to find him. Mike D.
