What kind of power gains can I expect if I go from a cast iron stock manifold to a performer intake manifold on my 304 with an RV cam and 600cfm edelbrock carb? And how much is a used Performer manifold worth if its in good shape.

Used performer is realistically worth between $75-150. You will see a huge powergain over a stock setup!!

are we talking like 10-20hp? I currently have the 600carb and im not too fond of the adapter to make it work with the stock 4bbl manifold.

Definitely use the Performer. The machinist ho did the bock and heads on the 360 in my 73 J4000 is an old AMC guy and said the biggest problem with the AMC engines is that they don't get enough airflow. It sure does with the Performer though as well as saving about 50 lbs in weight.
