hugh
I just got a Dana 60 rear diif for my CJ7. I have a question regarding the rear driveshaft. The combo I'm running is a 304 mated to a TF999/Dana 300. Can I take my spare driveshaft in to get it shortened and have them attach a larger yoke on the one end to mate with the Dana 60 pinion yoke while keeping the smaller U joint on the other end to fit the Dana 300 transfer case? I've heard there are U joints available that have two different bearing cap sizes, one that will fit the stock jeep yoke and the dana 60. Has anyone here had any experience with these? I've just started researching this so at this time I apologize but I don't even know the U joint sizes I need. Whew, I feel like a  now.
