How can I tell the difference between a 304 and a 360? I thought my CJ had a 304, but I found some info in the glovebox about a 360 being installed in 2001. :-| ](*,)

If it's an AMC motor then look at the side of the block between 1 & 3 cylinder and 2 & 4 cylinder it should say 304 or 360... or what ever motor it is.

Yeah, on sides of block underneath the motor mount stand off brackets.
