I'm looking at a all summer build on the truck to switch rear ends and transfer cases.
In order to get my "fix" for the right foot I am thinking of getting the '73 Javelin AMX out and swapping the truck motor into that.
It has a T-10 wth a lakewood bellhousing. Stock rear end...how much power can one of those take with the double keyway mod.?
Might be alot of work for a few passes down the 1/8th mile though. #-o

run it till it breaks then fix it

put one piece shafts in it. that should be a lot less work than putting another keyway in it and probably stronger. not too expensive either.
