Everyone,
I've been looking for my next project and have located an older Wagoneer. It's got an original 401, TH400, QT, and Dana 44s. The guy says that it runs but it's out of state so I have only seen pics.
Can anyone give me an idea of what is should be worth?

Post some pics... listen to it run, test drive it, check the body/frame.. if everything is worth 2 $h!t$ then offer him $750-$1000 (The 401 is worth $400-$600 in running condition).
