In fact Bill & I get to go back up to the pentagon to brief the head cheese after Thanksgiving. We are going to be discussing a different methodology to overcome some of the systemic issues we've encountered over the last couple years in order to maximize the programs utilization of assets :!:

Well Rat, I sincerly hope that you can effort that process to it's maximum potental, and "get your arms around" the systemic issues continung to plague the project with instances of unfortunate asset allocation, and it's attendant issues. ( :roll: =D> :roll: ) If you want to make a living you have to put on a good show!! (Budget time at the Casino sounds like that too.. :roll: )
