That is the answer to the question: Should I put a fuel cut-off switch on my rig? His pump was going to it ran out of fuel, then they sprayed it down to put the flames out. They're just lucky it went straight down the hill and not sideways into the crowd!

If anybody does those kinds of maneuvers, it's a good idea. Even the Monster Trucks have C/O valves that can be triggered local or remote.
