I Have an NP 435 that I would like to replace my existing T-15.
I am currently looking locally for a Dana 300 to replace my Dana 20 Transfer case.
All of this will be mounted to an AMC 360 Engine in a '75 Jeep CJ5.
Can I keep my clutch ?

The NP435 has a 10 spline 1 1/16" input. I believe the T-15 is a 10 spline 1 1/8" shaft.
You should just be able to trade to the 1 1/16" clutch disc and go. You may also need a later (1980 up) bellhousing, which were pre-drilled with the Ford trans pattern.

you will need the later AMC bellhousing from a 76-86 cj. the 72-75s are deeper
the pilot biushing will be custom easily had from AA or Novak bolts
change clutch disk like bob said
