It will create some temporary construction jobs, but think about the good jobs that will be lost, not to mention the dangers on our highways with unregulated trucks and drivers, hauling unknown loads.

What the heck. We are quickly becoming the Federal States of America why not just annex Mexico and Canada in also. Hell most of the Mexicans are here all ready. Why not just take over their county. And Canada, well we need wood and such so we can use their resources.

Well, really, Illegal immigration isn't going to get worse with this highway. Anyone who wants to come to this country just needs to wave a gun at the border gaurds, and they'll runn away. :hathat41: :sleepy2: The thing that I like about it is that Private bisness is going to have a major part of it's development, construction, and operation. This is good because we all know the government is unable to efficently do ANYTHING. A privite bisness wouldn't invest billions in a project like this unless it was going to be useful and profitable. :(: Oh well. As long as I don't have to pay for it.

If the globalists get us (I suspect that they have), Canada is already a foregone conclusion.

They already have a lot of our country. The govt here seems to have given the green light to sell everything. We have more oil than the Saudis in the tar sands in Alberta and even the D**n Chinese have their fingers in that. I blame a lot of this of the big corporations and Wall Street types, a lot of greed and no loyalty to anything but stuffing their wallets. There are a lot of plant closures here, just like the U.S. the companies are moving to where the wages are cheap.Usually I dont get involved in talking about this stuff but it does p**s me off.
