All of these units are the updated/upgraded heavy duty versions that do not have the oil filter bypass but retain the pressure bypass. These replace your stock oil filter adaptor. Dangit!! so what are we using now gasket thickness wise?? I seem to rememeber the felpro ones being tremendously thick.. ( I am currently seeking logic to convince spousal unit that I really need to update all 4 jeeps...)

Just take the gear teeth down (mill or turn) to .002 thousanths below the housing and instead of the gasket use some Silicone.
