It should, keep in mind this is the pump only.. . Should bolt right in. If you come get it I'll show you how its setup on my 304 in the CJ and drop the price to $60.

haha make sure its complete and has no motor damage.. I have enough spare V8 crap in my house.. distributors.. starters, valve covers pushrods :mrgreen:

we can make it run... as long as a rod isn't sticking through the oil pan :?:

well the guy said it ran before and he tried recently with no spark. sounds promising. OFF TOPIC now, since you know about these. is there that much of a difference from the 258 as far as h/p and torque? enough to make it worth the swap?

From my experience with a 258 in a CJ versus a 304 in a CJ I would definately say so. Plus with the 304 you can always swap out a bigger AMC if you want (like a 360 or 401).

the difference is very noticeable.. now a 4.0 fuelie and a stock 304.. not as much but there is still a difference.
