We are done we just need to get more raw material in. We are making V8 conversion mounts to allow you to use your existing AMC 6cyl crossmember in your Gremlin, Spirit, Hornet or American. ETA 1-19-07

They bolt to the engine and weld to the x member correct?
I assume the 6 banger risers welded to the x member need to be taken off.

No welding, no cutting, sell your old v8 mount brackets to someone with a v8 crossmember.
