We offer them in a 3/8 thick finished with either a flat or flat/machined ridge. Our are made from the factory print and are perfect for porting or custom headers. These have been made in the past but none have matched perfectly.

Whats a "sealing groove"?

Its a ballmilled channel (using a .125 BEM) to seat the gasket firmly in place.

Why did you leave material in between the siamese ports? (There really isn't enough room to jam a decent size tube in those doglegs)

Jeff theres plenty of room :mrgreen: The reason is backpressure my friend. When you open up the space between doglegs you have created a imbalanced backpressure and that can cause some strange issues at high rpms. On the stainless steel flanges.... Heck no stainless is hard to laser out. :sa:

No MC I wasn't implying leaving them open...
You bring both tubes together in the middle and weld up the area in between. It's pretty hard to get 2 2inch tubes together
See what I had to do then I had to bridge a weld between the tubes
