Bulltear gaskets and a general update

After seeing this

We have decided to make gaskets for the intake and exhaust. We will do a exact stock replacement (to print) and oversize for port easy matching. Exhaust gasket dies are being made as I type this. this will really help anyone looking to do some good port work make nice even ports and have something to go off of. We will offer these in 3 different variations.

"Avenger" oversize ports
"Legendary" huge oversize ports for serious porting

We are also working on a head program to offer CNC ported heads for the AMC V8. These will be converted from bridged rocker heads to single rocker heads and CNC ported for different flow rates.

It has been brought to my attention that we are capable of billet connecting rods. After thinking about different combinations we might offer something in the 1.700 range or possibly smaller for mean low end stroker combos with 304-360 based AMC V8's and for rocking race motors with the 390-401 forged cranks. We have the ability to make a very nice billet rod however so far this winter it looks like we may be booked for a few more months. Long rods with a small bearing and a King custom bearing set would be awesome.[/img]

You are one lucky person to have came up with original AMC working drawings. Tooling up and making gaskets and parts from the original AMC drawings. What a novel Idea ..... #-o Allow me to say Thank You, keep up the good work, and may your business thrive.

I'm a dummy and I don't know what I'm looking at, is the gasket the proper size or is the port the proper size in those pics? Matt can you just make a paper template of the actual size of the blueprint size and hold it up to the port? Jeff

1) Are these going to be available by spring? 2) Prices man? 3) I guess the price doesent matter I want both intake and exhaust, the sooner the better!!!

I tried the copper gaskets on my AMX (390 w/291 heads). I couldn't get them to seal. I went back to the composite gaskets the hooker sent me. I'd be interested in at least one set. Bob tufcj

Just about done with a CNC exhaust porting program, then its onto the intake and then the actual port matching program. We are toying with the idea of offering a CNC ported flowing head in our E-store.

So we can get a gasket and use it to scribe the porting area to gasket match. =D>

Will you also be making some exhaust flanges to match where we can bend and weld in our own tubes? or a pre bent kit we can weld up?? :-|
