I wouldn't be surprised at those numbers at all.. it doesnt take a lot of mods to get 1 hp per cubeic inch from the AMC.

IIRC my motors manual gives for my 75 304 with v2@ 150hp
I would guess 200-250 max. but thinking closer to 200hp with cam & bolt ons.
Instead of that heavy 360 intake why not look into a edel performer, used should be cheap.

couldn't find one cheap and the 360 was cheap. all i had to do was machine an adapter to make the spreadbore manifold work with the squarebore holley. works well and was very cheap
