How Hard is it to bolt on a low range onto one that didn't have it on? I have a QT with low range but it has a different mount to the trany. So I want to swap the low range unit into the QT on my truck. (TH400)
Can this be done with the transfer case in the truck?
Anyone have some pics or can some one scan a manual page?

it's not hard. i don't remember the exacts, but not tricky. only linning up the splines i think was the hard part. 5 bolts hold it on, iirc. the low range unit has its own fill hole so don't forget to fill it. hth.
