I doubt you'd see a noticable power gain over stock.
Depending on your opinion of "noticeable" no rocker swap would see a noticeable gain at 5500 rpms. Without changing ratio, simply added a roller isn't going to do much especially at such low speeds. I call BS on a lot of manufacturer's tests that claim 20+ Hp from a set of rocker arms.
I still think the Magnums are a good choice though, the only gain would probably be extended guide life and whatever horsepower gain possible from equalizing the rocker ratio.
