tufcj That's the problem with projects like that. You'll be VERY lucky to get the $8500, even from a fellow 'wheeler who knows what the mods are worth. Most people just look at the blue book value, which is what? Maybe $2500 in excellent condition. Banks won't loan over that no matter what the mods are, so you need to find someone willing to pay cash. The current economy is drying up the reserves of play money fast (at least in my case). I have over $30K invested in my CJ, nearly $25K in my AMX. I know I couldn't come close to recovering what I have into either of them if I had to sell. Good luck with your sale. Bob tufcj
