I picked up the 105HD with 2 sets of 240* dies for 1.5 and 1.75 tubing. works pretty good when you get the hang of it. And Yes I can do 240* bends (the die is actually about 250* and then 10* of spring back.)
The bender its self isn't hard to figure out - all manual benders are pretty much the same, but figuring spring back, and keeping the angle of rotation (in a plane) is hard when your by your self.
One piece I DO HIGHLY recommend is not hardware for the bender - though you should get what you need and not bodge something together, but get the software to help pre-design parts. I've bought the Bend-Tech EZ-3D software, and they have come out with a spring back chart and even have thier own forum to help with bending issues. Besides, the owner and chief code writer is a member here  But it really is great software and will do more than my feeble brain can support
It also helps when the bender is firmly mounted to a level floor - which I hope soon to be able to do. Up to this point I made a mount that fit's in the receiver of my truck (no room in the shop) but my drive way has a slope to it #-o , so like I said, figuring angles in a plane is a bitch when your not on a level surface  Because of that I've had some ... ah ... well - lets just call them experimental pieces shall we? At $5-6 per foot for 1.75 DOM (where I am), that's an expensive learning curve.
