Nephew is back from Iraq in one piece - had a Hummer blown out from under him (armored) and one of his convoy's got hit 2wce with IED's, but he's unscathed!!!

WooHoo!!!! Now to get him to the FSJ Invasion next month :wink:

welcome home how long ago was it that his hummer got blown up. the only reason i ask is one of my relatives had that happen i think about 6 months ago and he came home about 3 feet shorter as he had no legs left :smile: .

I heard about it in Feb. I'm not sure where he was, Anwar Province somewhere is all I know.

i do believe that it was around christmas time that this happened. it sounded like his crew was going to help with a car bombing and their hummer got bombed as soon as they got there 8) :ahole: bomb someone who's trying to help the wounded. don't know his unit # or anything like that but his name is tony bulene
