Whats up gang
I am doing my research. I will either be rebuilding/modifying the 360 in my Wagoneer or snagging a 401 to build ( actually'd like a 390 but can't seem to find one) and I would like to find a builder that is experienced with AMC motors. I will probably be pulling the motor myself after disassembling the front end for other work/mods,but will leave the rest to a builder at this time, as I have alot occupying my time and I just don't have experience disassembling an engine yet.
Can anyone point me to a proven AMC engine builder/modify'er in Texas?
I'd like to find someone with experience building motors for race and offroad. Someone who can sit down with me and address all the ins and outs and find a common ground between my needs and his/her experience.
any leads are greatly appreciated

reason #1 : no material #-o
reason #2 : still no material :-|
there's nothing special about the material it's just plain alluminum
reason #3 : the guy he had making them for him had vertigo
all of this might have been true but it just seemed a little fishey to me
