XJ667 First one looks like a Quigley transfer case 27 to 32 spline adapter. The second on is a 9" pinion.
CJim7 9"?......you mean like a Ford 9"? Without ever haveing seen the pinion from one, im guessing military portal or unimog....i dunno. That other thing just looks broke :idea:
tufcj Is the ring out of some sort of planetary set? Transmission or portal axle. The pinion is from a 2.5 or 5 ton Rockwell axle. Bob tufcj
jeepsr4ever The pinion is from a eaton rear axle that St.Paul had in their snow plow and their rookie driver canned it on dry pavement chipping the ring gear. Ring gears are $800 alone. The collar is what you have left over from EDM'ing a 30 spline spider gear to 35 spline. :sa:
