MaxW Hi, Im looking for a 360 with a 4 speed out of a car/jeep. Or a 360 that came from a 4 speed car/jeep. Ill consider any engine as well. 290/304/343 but would really like one that has been pulled from a 4 speed car preferably with the tranny. Either a T-10 or an SR-4 trans will work. Doesnt matter if its rebuilt or has been worked on, dont need original stuff. Thanks on any leads. Adam
KEV So you are looking for a 2wd trans that is a car type, not a T-18 or that family type. I do have a complete 1970 304 that needs rebuilding.
MaxW Is it currently running? Where this 290 located? Was it mated to a 4 speed, if so than the motor will already be balanced for it. I think I may even have a 290 manual flywheel.
tarior It has never been out of the car. It had an auto, but if you have a 290 flywheel, you're good to go, the balance will be correct. I am in Kelso, WA.
