find a way to make an electric or belt driven pump work on an amc v8 to get rid of the cast in pump

There are a few guys using that setup right now. Take a look at http://ypsidesignfab.com/AMC_Stuff/Gremlin_Project/ look through the engine pictures on this site and you will notice some of the wild things this person has designed and built.

I'd sure be disappointed if that Gremmie ran slower than high 7's.
