Alternator brackets when using a CSI electric pump

Guys - any suggestions? In order to get the belt to clear and pulleys to line up, the alternator needs to be more or less in the
position that it's in, in the picture, or even lower. The BullTear
alt. bracket doesn't seem to quite make it.

If I mount it up higher, then I can't get to the heater hose connect on the water pump.

Thanks for any help on this!
