401 CJ7 I have a friend with 401 from an International Harvester. He is parting it out and the crank is very usable - will it work for my AMC 401 out of a Grand Wagoneer?

401 CJ7 The Internation Harvester has a 401 in it... or so it is said. I need to know if that 401's crank will work in my 401. I don't know if International uses AMC engines. I know Buick makes 401's also but that's a different 401. So I need to make sure the International uses an AMC engine.
pyagid yes international used an AMC 401 and and AMC 258 so the crank from the IH will work in your Jeep
jeepsr4ever oops I meant to say YES it will work if it is a 401 and they didnt use 360's in any of their vehicles only 401's and sixes
